Perfect timing, the cloud cover tears up and the sun shines through the treetops at the start of my favorite trail. At the beginning it still flows through the spruce forest but further down it becomes technical and steep. If the worst comes to the worst, the replacement hose and pump are easily accessible in the perfectly organized tool compartment. And then the nasty drop at the key point. It’s good to know that my back is optimally protected by the integrated SAS-Tec protector.
